Asian Seared Pork Chops

In a small bowl whisk together broth, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic and ginger. Set aside.

Sprinkle both side of the pork with salt & pepper.

In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, add the pork chops. Sauté until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Transfer the pork to a plate, and put to the side.

Add soy sauce mixture to the same skillet. Simmer to blend flavors and thicken for about 2-3 minutes.

Add pork chops back to the pan and let them simmer with the sauce for 1-2 minutes until heated through again. Serve pork chops and sauce, with some rice and roasted vegetables.
