Ingredients
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Pork Sirloin Chops (boneless)
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 6 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 8 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 4 tsp White Sugar
  • 4 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp Fresh Ginger (minced)
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl whisk together broth, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic and ginger. Set aside.

  2. Sprinkle both side of the pork with salt & pepper.

  3. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, add the pork chops. Sauté until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Transfer the pork to a plate, and put to the side.

  4. Add soy sauce mixture to the same skillet. Simmer to blend flavors and thicken for about 2-3 minutes.

  5. Add pork chops back to the pan and let them simmer with the sauce for 1-2 minutes until heated through again. Serve pork chops and sauce, with some rice and roasted vegetables.
