Bacon-Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

Boil potatoes in chicken broth. Drain.

Heat 1 cup of milk with 1/4 cup butter.

Mash the potatoes with the hot milk, cheddar cheese, bacon grease, and salt & pepper.

Gently fold in crumbled bacon and green onions.
