Toss all ingredients for the bruschetta, except for the feta cheese. Refrigerate mixture for 1-2 hours to let the flavors combine.
Marinade the chicken breast with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper for 1-2 hours.
After the chicken has marinated, grill until cooked through.
Top chicken with bruschetta, feta cheese and balsamic reduction. Serve immediately.
This can be good as a main dish on it's own, or put on top of a salad.
