BBQ Chicken Pizza / Flatbread

Boil the chicken breast in chicken broth and garlic powder, for 20 minutes, or until fully cooked. Shred the chicken and put to the side. (Tip: an easy way to shred the chicken is by placing it in a plastic bowl, and using a hand mixer until it is shredded to your liking.)

To your pizza crust or flat breads, add a layer of BBQ sauce, shredded chicken, cheese, red onion and cilantro.

Bake at 425F for 12 minutes. If you are using raw dough, cook for the appropriate amount of time until your crust is cooked. Add extra fresh cilantro or drizzle with ranch dressing, if desired. Slice and serve immediately.
