Boil a pot of salted water for the pasta. Cook pasta according to the package instructions.
Add the butter and cream to a large skillet. Simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.
Whisk in the garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper for one minute.
Whisk in pasta water and parmesan cheese, until the cheese is melted.
Drain the cooked pasta. Mix the cooked pasta, sauce and mozzarella cheese together.
Serve immediately.
