Brie with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Score the top of the cheese, mix tomatoes and garlic. Pile generously on top of the cheese. Sprinkle with parsley.

Heat in a 350 F oven until cheese begins to melt.

Serve with bagel chips or crackers.
Note
It is not necessary to remove the rind from the brie cheese.
You can use any size round of brie - adjust the ingredients to fit the round.
