A Cajun twist to the classic turkey burger!
Combine all ingredients for the Cajun Aioli in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Combine all ingredients for the turkey patties in a bowl. Divide the turkey mixture into 4 equal portions and form into a 1/2 inch thick hamburger patty.
Place a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat until hot. Add patties and cook 5 minutes over medium heat. Carefully turn patties over, and cook for 3 minutes or until golden.
Optional: Butter and toast each hamburger bun on a skillet until golden brown.
Spread Cajun Aioli on each bun. Add the turkey patty and any toppings you would like to the burger. Serve hot.
