In a bowl stir all of the ingredients for the Grilled Chicken. Pierce chicken breasts with a fork all over. Place the chicken in a large Ziploc bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Place into the refrigerator and let it marinate for 4-5 hours.
Preheat a grill over medium heat. Brush grill with oil, and place the marinated chicken on the grill. Cook for approximately 5-6 minutes, per side, until fully cooked. Remove from the grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Cook bacon until crispy. Set aside.
Mix all ingredients for the garlic aioli in a small bowl. Put in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Butter the inside of each Brioche Bun, and grill for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Once your chicken, brioche buns, bacon, and garlic aioli are ready, finish slicing any remaining toppings. Assemble your burgers with desired toppings. Serve immediately.
