Chocolate Peanut Butter Lasagna

Ingredients
    Oreo Cookie Crust
  • 2 1/4 cup Oreo Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • Peanut Butter Layer
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup Icing Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 cup Cool Whip (thawed)
  • Chocolate Pudding Layer
  • 2 Chocolate Instant Pudding (3.9 oz packets)
  • 2 3/4 cup Milk
  • Topping
  • 3 cup Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 2-3 tbsp Peanut Butter (melted)
  • Reese's Pieces
  • Mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
Instructions
  1. Spray a 9 x 13 glass pan with baking non-stick spray.

  2. Oreo Crumb Layer

    Stir together oreo crumbs and melted butter until all crumbs are evenly moistened. Press the mixture into the bottom of the 9 x 13 glass dish. Put in the fridge while making the next layer.

  3. Peanut Butter Layer

    Beat together softened cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar. Add peanut butter and mix well. Mix in 2 cups whipped cream. Spread over the crust. Place in the fridge while making next layer.

  4. Chocolate Pudding Layer

    Whisk together chocolate pudding mix and milk. Spread over peanut butter layer. Put back in the fridge for 10 minutes.

  5. Topping

    Spread whipped topping over the pudding layer. Drizzle with melted peanut butter and garnish with mini Reese’s and Reese’s pieces candies. Place back in the fridge for 1 hour to overnight to set. Serve and enjoy!

Note

Do not use natural or runny types of peanut butter.
