Creamy Seafood Pasta

Ingredients
    Pasta
  • 454 g Dried Bow Tie Pasta
  • 1 Red Pepper (chopped)
  • 3 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 400 g Raw Peeled Shrimp
  • 227 g Crab Meat
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup Half and Half Cream
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp White Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
  • 3 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Pasta Water
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook bowtie pasta as per the instructions on the box. 

  2. While the pasta is cooking, add all ingredients for the sauce to a saucepan, except the pasta water, cheeses and cornstarch. Continuously stir the sauce on low heat until it comes to just a simmer. Add 1 cup of pasta water to the sauce, stir well and bring back to a low simmer. Add parmesan and mozzarella cheese and stir until well combined. If the sauce looks too thin, mix 1 tbsp water and cornstarch together and add to your sauce. 

  3. While the pasta and sauce are cooking, over medium-high heat, add olive oil to a large pan. Sauté the red pepper, garlic, shrimp and salt & pepper for 3-4 minutes, or until just cooked. Add crab meat and completed sauce to the shrimp and cook on low for 1 minute more. Drain and add pasta to the seafood mixture. Serve immediately.
