Ingredients
    Salad
  • 8 cup Mixed Greens or Baby Spinach
  • 2 Large Carrots (grated)
  • 2 Yellow Bell Peppers (sliced julienne)
  • 6 Green Onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • Dressing
  • 1/4 cup White Sugar
  • 1/4 cup White Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Add sugar, vinegar and oil to a container with a lid. Close the lid and shake the dressing for 30 seconds, or until well combined. Put to the side until ready to use.

  2. Add all salad ingredients to a large salad bowl. Shake the dressing and drizzle desired amount onto your salad. Toss well. Serve immediately.
