Easy Garlic Cheese Bombs

Ingredients
  • 1 (10 pk) Pilsbury Country Biscuits
  • 5 Mozzarella Cheesestrings
  • 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
  • 2 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp Parsley Flakes
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

  2. Cut mozzarella sticks into 4 pieces. Roll out each piece of dough, trying to keep it as round as possible. Place 2 pieces of string cheese in the center of each piece of dough. Fold the edges over the center and seal as best as possible. Place each dough ball seam side down on a cookie sheet.

  3. In a small bowl add the melted butter, garlic, garlic salt and parsley. Brush each dough ball with garlic butter mixture.

  4. Bake for 8-11 minutes or until the tops of the cheese bombs are golden brown. Remove from the oven, and brush with remaining butter. Serve immediately.
