Greek Pasta Salad

Chop all of the vegetables and put them in a large bowl.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, and cook the pasta according to the package directions. DO NOT OVERCOOK.

Drain pasta and rinse with cold water.

Toss the cooked pasta with the chopped vegetables, greek dressing and salt & pepper.

Gently toss the feta cheese into the pasta mixture.

Chill the pasta salad in the fridge for 30 minutes, and serve.
Note
For added protein, you can add cooked chicken or chickpeas if you wish.
