In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and no longer pink.
Drain any excess grease from the pan. Add garlic and sauté with the ground beef for 1-2 minutes.
Add all of the seasonings (not the water), and mix well. If you like heat, add the hot sauce to your liking.
Assemble your tacos with any taco shell/tortilla of your choice. Add desired toppings. You can also use the meat to create a taco salad.
