  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 3 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Cilantro

  • 1-2 tsp Hot Sauce (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and no longer pink.

  2. Drain any excess grease from the pan. Add garlic and sauté with the ground beef for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Add all of the seasonings (not the water), and mix well. If you like heat, add the hot sauce to your liking.

  4. Add the water to your pan, and let the ground beef and seasonings blend for another minute or two.
  5. Assemble your tacos with any taco shell/tortilla of your choice. Add desired toppings. You can also use the meat to create a taco salad.
