Description

Are you craving potato skins but do not want the hassle of making them? This recipe is perfect for you! Get the deliciousness of a classic potato skin, but in a fraction of the time! Dig in!

Ingredients
  • 6-8 Red Potatoes (medium to large)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup Crispy Bacon (crumbled)
  • 8 Green Onions
  • Sour Cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

  2. Wash potatoes. Slice potatoes into circles, slightly thicker than potato chips

  3. Toss potatoes in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.

  4. Line 2 cooking sheets with parchment paper. Spray paper with nonstick spray.

  5. Spread potatoes in 1 layer over both cooking sheets, and put into the oven for 30-45 minutes, or until potatoes are golden brown and cooked through.

  6. Take potatoes out of the oven and top with cheddar cheese, bacon and green onions. Return the potatoes to the oven for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.

  7. Serve with sour cream.
