Ingredients

6 cup Vegetable or Chicken Broth
¹⁄₄ cup Orange Juice
¹⁄₄ cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
1 tbsp Ground Cumin
1 tbsp Jerk Seasoning
1 tbsp Black Pepper (cracked)
2 tbsp Lime Juice
2 tbsp Garlic (minced)

Instructions

Combine ingredients in saucepan on stovetop. Bring to a boil.
Transfer to fondue pot with alternative heat source.
Use to cook beef, shrimp, potstickers, chicken, mushrooms, potatoes, broccoli -- or anything else you can think of.
