Quattro Formaggio Cheese Fondue

Ingredients
  • 3 oz White Wine
  • 1 1/2 oz Roasted Pepper Marinara Sauce
  • 1 1/2 oz Pesto Sauce
  • 2 oz Gruyere Cheese (shredded)
  • 2 oz Fontina Cheese (shredded)
  • 2 oz Asiago Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mascarpone Cheese
Instructions
  1. Combine wine, marinara sauce and pesto and heat to a simmer.

  2. Slowly add the first four cheeses, stirring constantly, until it is the consistency of warm honey.

  3. Add the Worcestershire sauce and Mascarpone and stir until smooth.

  4. Place in fondue pot (crock, over low flame) and serve with fresh bread cubes, veggies, tortilla chips, pretzel rods, bread sticks and/or fruit.  The list is almost endless - use your own ideas.
