Ingredients
  • 4 cup Brussel Sprouts (washed and halved lengthwise)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Large Shallot (chopped)
  • 2 clove Garlic (minced)
  • Salt & Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 F. Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Toss all ingredients together. Spread onto the prepared baking tray.

  3. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until browned and roasted. Serve immediately.
