Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, garlic and tomatoes to the pan. Stir tomatoes for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Add kale to the same pan. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Add lemon juice over top and cover the pan with a lid. Allow to steam for 1 minute.
Remove the lid and sauté for another 30 seconds to 1 minute, stirring continuously until the kale is wilted and the flavors have been distributed evenly. Serve immediately.
