Ingredients
  • 2 cup Cooked Ham (diced)
  • 1 cup Matchstick Carrots (julienne)
  • 3/4 cup Wild Rice (uncooked)
  • 1 Medium Onion (chopped)
  • 2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cream of Celery Soup (reduced sodium)
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 3 cup Water
  • 1 cup Half and Half Cream
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (chopped)
Instructions
  1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. In cooker, mix all ingredients except half-and-half, and parsley.

  2. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 7 to 8 hours.

  3. Stir in remaining ingredients. Increase heat setting to High. Cover. Cook 10 to 15 minutes longer or until hot.
