Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 4 stick Celery (chopped)
  • 2 Large Carrots (Grated)
  • 1 Medium Onion (chopped)
  • 1 Bag Croutons (Bread Cubes) (Sobey's)
  • 1 tsp Parsley Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Sage
  • 1/2 tsp Marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme Leaves
  • 2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Summer Savory Leaves
  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • 3 cup Chicken Broth (separated (2 cups & 1 cup))
  • 1 Turkey Neck
Instructions
  1. Saute' celery, carrots and onion in the 1/2 cup butter.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, except the broth.

  3. Spray crock pot. Dump stuffing into the crock pot. Add turkey neck on top. Pour 2 cups of broth over stuffing. Cook on low for 3 hours, stirring every hour.

  4. On the last hour, pour last cup of broth over stuffing.
