Spinach Apple Almond Salad

Whisk all of the ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside.

Add the salad ingredients to a large bowl. Toss with the prepared salad dressing. Serve immediately.
Note
MEAL PREPPING: You can divide the ingredients among 4 containers ahead of time for meal prepping. If you meal prep ahead of time, store the dressing in a separate container. Store salads in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
Apples: Bring an apple to slice fresh at the time of eating you salad, or you can slice the apple ahead of time and dip each slice in a bowl of orange juice. This prevents the apple from browning overnight.
